Very First series for Cliché Skateboards, under J.Daclin's direction. Basicaly Jeremie wanted that big art names rip-off series forever on which each team pro picked up its favorite artist.At that time we weren't too worried about copyrights even though we knew that P.Picasso beneficiaries law firm was on the hunt. So we've been a little more careful on that Gernica close up, playing seven errors with it, twisting an ear here, turning an eye there...it ended up adding a very tiny wiener in the middle of it.. sorry Pontus ! JJ Rousseau's Escher deck was then added to the series as its début pro board.

Inspired by 40's & 50's products and ads. OZ Wonderboy's Cale Nuske first pro board that came with a real vegemite spread sampler. Old times, good times.

This Series matched the overall art of the 2004 Cliché Classic vidéo BON APPETIT. A personal favorite for so many reasons : amazing video and brand momentum, great photos, mostly by French Fred, at a time where it wasn't so popular on boards graphics... and off course, first pro board for Genius Lucas Puig, which will be re-released several times after this...

The Cliché team was indeed a cutting edge association of skateboarding finest blades, all with distinctive styles and personnalities, but always sharp.

Travelling photographers are never too psyched to pass their equipments and rolls under airport control X-rays machines. This time we did it on purpose though, to reveal the inner beauty of those mythics cameras.

This one stoked both the team and their different shoe sponsors at the time. Plus this was one of the first full print top graphic where we laid out each skater signature (well almost) trick feet position.

That series was supposed to be the ultimate problem solver for lost & found skateboard decks the team had experienced over the years. Not sure all airline companies got the memo.

Free deck with each deck ! That series came with with a 52 cards Cliché custom poker deck that fueled the Texas hold em craze half the team had dived into.
